We always hope that you love your LisaLoves purchases but whether you’ve ordered bespoke products or products personalised with your name on, or one of our ready to ship products, see below for our returns policy.

Bespoke or Personalised Items

As these items have either been custom-made for you, or personalised on request when ordering, we are unable to accept returns of these. However, if we are at fault by not following your instructions, such as mis-spelling, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the items and we will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

All Other Items

If you’re not 100% happy with your product, you have 15 days in which to return it to us (starting the day after you receive your order), whereupon we will be happy to refund the price of the relevant product(s), subject to:

(a) the product(s) being in sufficient packaging to avoid damage when returning;

(b) the product(s) being in its original condition;

(c) the product(s) being undamaged.

Return Costs

The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return.
